A Path in Green and Violet

very strange light tints with violet the ground.
River sand mixed with
earth and petals.
Strange is this drawer with legs.
Strange is the battered brass knob
This is my Drawer for Green and Violet
Can you see that wavy little street?
I ride my bicycle there. It is my favorite path
One evening, all changed to a violet tint.
It may have been the spring or the atmosphere
Never before then, did it seem so beautiful.
