The Italian painter
Fabio D’Aroma
creates works that range from modern to
classical content
through the achievement of a highly technical
style.
In Still Life On Marble (top
right), he uses dissimilar objects to question
the idea of property and appraisal and to
evoke presence of the unseen owner.
This painting shows the objects of a particular
person and so it shows what they find important
in life.
After someone buys something, they become the
owner and
a drawing can become as common as the fruit to
the person
or can be given the right value and be taken
care of.
So it's also about the responsibility of a
person that owns art.
